Cledo does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the UK GDPR, and the EU GDPR, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because Cledo never sells or shares personal information for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes, there is nothing to opt out of.

What data we collect

Cledo collects only what is necessary to provide the service: your email address, company details (from Companies House public records), bank transaction data (via FCA-regulated Open Banking), and HMRC filing data. This data is used exclusively to operate the accounting platform.
